1. Post-Launch Bug Support
Initial design and development of your complete website are ₹0 upfront. We provide full-scale technical support to fix any layout issues, display glitches, or bugs that appear on initial launch. This post-launch bug support is provided completely free of charge to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Hosting & Server Integration
To keep your animations running at peak performance, we will assist you in deploying the website files onto your own chosen hosting provider (e.g., Netlify, Vercel, Hostinger). There are no monthly charges or hosting subscriptions billed by WASP.
3. Domain Configuration & Costs
The client is responsible for registering, securing, and renewing their custom domain name. To point the domain to our campaign servers, you must configure your domain DNS records (A record / CNAME) as instructed by our rollout specialists. Domain subscription costs are paid directly to your chosen registrar.
4. Server Access & Content Updates
Direct FTP, SSH, or server control panel access is restricted to ensure overall system stability, performance compliance, and security. Standard layout changes or text updates can be submitted directly to our support desk and are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.
