Source Code Terms
1. Campaign Scope & Code Base
Under our WASP Portfolio Campaign, we code the layout, configurations, and custom animations completely free of charge. This is a complete website built according to your initial specifications. Ongoing operations are subject to our hosting policy, and the codebase runs optimized on our server structures.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
WASP grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal license to use the website interface live on the web during the campaign duration. Any unauthorized duplication, redistribution, scraping, or utilization of custom WebGL shaders, Three.js mesh logic, or GSAP ScrollTrigger structures is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All custom layouts, animations, interactions, and design systems created for this campaign remain the sole intellectual property of WASP. We retain full ownership rights over the code bases, assets, styling elements, and visual compositions unless a formal Source Code Release Agreement is signed.
4. Exit Clause & File Purchase
If you choose to migrate the website to a different host, hire independent developers, or acquire full ownership of the raw front-end source code files (HTML, CSS, JS), a flat exit fee applies. Upon clearance of this transfer fee, WASP will package the clean codebase files and release all ownership rights to you. Contact your campaign manager to receive a release fee estimate.
