Ownership Agreement
1. Zero Upfront Model
We design, engineer, and build your complete custom website based on your specific requirements for ₹0 upfront development fee. No fees are charged for initial setup, layouts, animations, or launching the site. Initial bugs appearing after launch are resolved by our team for free.
2. Domain & Content Ownership
You retain 100% full ownership of your custom domain name, business identifiers, brand assets, logos, graphic content, text, copy materials, and photography uploaded to the website. WASP does not claim any rights to your core branding, products, or informational content.
3. Design & Interactive Code Rights
All source code, WebGL custom shader configurations, and GSAP scroll timelines remain the intellectual property of WASP. You have full usage rights to run this codebase live on your hosting account. There are no monthly licensing or subscription costs. Transfer of raw editable files is subject to our exit terms.
4. Showcase & Portfolio Usage
WASP reserves the absolute right to display the completed website design, visual compositions, screenshots, interaction recordings, and site references in our public portfolio, case studies, social media showcase materials, and marketing campaigns to highlight our creative development work.
